
Return / Exchanges
We take pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will assist you with a prompt store credit or exchange.
All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 15 days upon receiving the order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected by our Returns Department. Items must be returned in its original package.
Requirements
Item/s must be returned within 15 days of delivery including products within suspected manufacturing faults.

For all returns, please email hello@afterstudiola.com with a description of the damaged style and the invoice number that your order is associated with. Please allow all emails to be responded to after a 48 hour turnaround. All returns that are approved will be issued with a return authorization form by our customer service team - the RA form will need to be attached to the returning box. Failure to attaching the RA form on the package will result in not receiving store credit nor exchange for the original order. Depending on the nature of the order, all shipping labels will be provided by the expense of the customer of the returning package."

Process time for returns
Please allow 5 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our warehouse for us to issue your refund, store credit, or exchange.
Manufacturing faults
We are truly sorry to hear about your suspected faulty item and apologize for any inconvenience. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email our Customer Care team right away with images of the suspected fault.
Please do not return your items until the fault has been approved by our quality control department.
Final Sale/ Clearance
Item/s marked as “final sale - no returns or exchanges” cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by our quality control department.
Cancellation policy
We cannot guarantee any order changes once an order is confirmed, our warehouse works extremely fast. Should you change your mind on your order prior to shipment, you will be issued with a store credit.
